MANIFEST / TRACK 15
CARRY THE
LIGHT.
What hurt you can become something you carry forward without letting it become the whole road.

02 / THE SONG
THROUGH SHADOW.
CARRY THE LIGHT.
Carry The Light gathers the losses, dark places and hard seasons of Manifest and chooses what to take from them. The lyric does not ask the night to return lost years or pretend the damage never happened.
Instead, the road leaves lessons that can be carried into life. The closing image is not an ending but movement: open road, open sky and light taken forward.
I came from places with no morning
Where the walls were closing in
I have known the taste of silence
And the weight beneath the skin
I have lost what I was holding
I have watched the seasons turn
But every road that tried to break me
Left me something I could learn
Now I don’t ask the night
To give me back the years
I just take what made me human
And I carry it from here
I carry the light
Through the shadow and the rain
I carry the love
Through the memory and the pain
Every scar, every fall
Every prayer in the dark
I carry the light
And I carry my heart
I don’t need to close the circle
I don’t need the perfect line
Some things stay unfinished
And still turn out divine
I have made my peace with questions
I have learned to let them breathe
Not every wound needs answers
Some just teach us how to see
So I bless the road behind me
Not because it was kind
But because it brought me forward
With my soul still alive
I carry the light
Through the shadow and the rain
I carry the love
Through the memory and the pain
Every scar, every fall
Every prayer in the dark
I carry the light
And I carry my heart
If tomorrow finds me tired
I will still lift up my eyes
If the world feels heavy
I will still look for the sky
I am not the same man
Who was lost inside the storm
But I thank the road for teaching me
How a broken heart is born
And how it learns to warm
I carry the light
Not because the night is gone
But because I learned to live
With the darkness and the dawn
Every tear, every mile
Every truth I had to face
I carry the light
With mercy and grace
I carry the light
Through whatever comes my way
I carry the love
That the years could not take away
Every scar, every fall
Every prayer in the dark
I carry the light
And I carry my heart
No final word
No last goodbye
Just open road
And open sky
I carry the light
I carry the light
I carry the light
Into life
