LOUD 77 / PRIVACY

YOUR DATA.
YOUR CHOICE.

This page explains what information may be processed when you use loud77.com, why it is processed, and how you can control optional analytics.

01 / CONTROLLER

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE.

The controller of personal data processed in connection with loud77.com is:

Sebastian Kromolickiul. Wspólna 35/2
62-052 Komorniki
Poland

Privacy contact: kontakt@digikrom.pl

02 / WHAT WE PROCESS

ONLY WHAT THE SITE NEEDS.

Technical operation and security

When a website is requested, the hosting infrastructure may process technical information necessary to deliver and protect the service, such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser/user-agent information and server log data.

Analytics — only after your choice

Google Analytics 4 is used only after you select ALLOW ANALYTICS. Analytics may then process information about page views, interactions with songs and streaming links, device/browser characteristics, approximate location and identifiers stored in first-party analytics cookies.

Your consent preference

loud77.com stores a small preference in your browser's local storage so the site can remember whether you allowed or rejected analytics. This preference is necessary to respect and remember your choice.

03 / PURPOSES & LEGAL BASES

WHY DATA IS USED.

  • Website delivery, stability and security: the controller's legitimate interest in operating and protecting the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Google Analytics: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can refuse analytics without losing access to any part of the website.
  • Remembering your analytics choice: necessary to implement and respect your privacy preference.

You can withdraw analytics consent at any time by using ANALYTICS SETTINGS in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing that took place before withdrawal.

04 / GOOGLE ANALYTICS & GTM

MEASUREMENT, NOT ADS.

The site uses Google Tag Manager to manage measurement code and Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site, music pages and streaming destinations are used. Advertising-related consent states remain disabled in the LOUD 77 implementation.

After analytics consent, GA4 can use first-party cookies including _ga and _ga_<container-id>. Google documents a default lifetime of up to two years for these cookies. Google states that for traffic from the EU, Switzerland and the UK, IP addresses are discarded before the data is logged.

Service provider: Google Ireland Limited and other Google entities involved in providing the services. More information is available in Google's Privacy Policy and Google Analytics privacy documentation.

05 / RECIPIENTS & TRANSFERS

WHO MAY RECEIVE DATA.

Data may be processed by providers necessary to operate the website, including the hosting provider. If analytics is allowed, information is also processed through Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager infrastructure.

Google services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Google describes the safeguards and international transfer mechanisms it uses in its privacy and data-transfer documentation.

06 / RETENTION

NOT LONGER THAN NEEDED.

Technical server logs are kept according to the hosting and security configuration for as long as reasonably necessary for operation, diagnostics and protection of the service.

Google Analytics user-level and event-level data is retained according to the retention setting configured in the LOUD 77 GA4 property. Analytics cookies have their own lifetimes described above and can also be removed through your browser.

07 / YOUR RIGHTS

YOU STAY IN CONTROL.

Where the GDPR applies, you may have the right to access your personal data, correct it, request deletion or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests, receive data in a portable format where applicable, and withdraw consent at any time.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

To exercise your rights or ask a privacy question, contact kontakt@digikrom.pl.

08 / EXTERNAL SERVICES

WHEN YOU LEAVE LOUD77.COM.

The site links to external music and video services including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube / YouTube Music, Deezer, TIDAL and Amazon Music. Once you follow an external link, that provider processes data under its own privacy rules and settings.

This policy describes the current LOUD 77 website configuration. It should be updated if new analytics, advertising, forms, newsletters, accounts or other data-processing features are introduced.
